Expert, personalised support for parents of neurodiverse children.
Some parents face complexities that reach beyond everyday parental life, such as caring for neurodiverse children. Our specialist parental coaching provides focused support for employees in this situation, to help them thrive both in life and at work.
What is neurodiversity?
“Neurodiversity” is a concept that refers to the natural diversity of the human brain, in that a neurodiverse person learns or processes information differently from someone considered to be “neurotypical”. Examples of neurodivergent conditions include dyslexia, dyspraxia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Such conditions vary in strength and may co-occur.
Why support parents of neurodiverse children?
Employees who are parents or carers of neurodiverse children often need to balance significant emotional, practical, and advocacy responsibilities with their roles at work. These pressures are frequently invisible, and without the right support they can lead to chronic stress, burnout, or disengagement.
Our bespoke, targeted coaching helps employees manage their caregiving demands and feel more confident and engaged at work. This approach has wider positive effects on the company, by promoting an inclusive, family-friendly culture that many employees value and appreciate.
What does this coaching include?
Guidance on diagnoses, assessments, and ongoing support needs for neurodiverse children
