After a successful corporate career, Sandie founded Beyond EAP in 2014 having seen first-hand how significant life events can affect employees, managers and organisations alike.
Over the last decade, she has supported employees through parenthood, serious illness, trauma, bereavement, burnout and major life transitions. Her approach combines coaching, counselling, mediation and trauma-informed practice with a practical understanding of workplace pressures.
Sandie has particular expertise in trauma and bereavement, post-diagnosis health coaching, burnout, return-to-work support, fertility journeys, pregnancy after loss and complex life transitions impacting confidence, identity and wellbeing at work.
Known for her warmth, honesty and ability to create a safe, supportive environment, Sandie helps employees navigate some of life's most challenging moments whilst enabling organisations to support their people with confidence.

Parental Leave Coach & Leadership Specialist
Jane specialises in supporting employees throughout the parenthood journey.
From fertility treatment and pregnancy through to maternity leave, shared parental leave and returning to work, Jane helps employees navigate one of life's most significant transitions with confidence and clarity.
Her calm, practical and supportive approach enables employees to feel understood whilst helping organisations retain talented people during an important stage of their lives.

She works with employees facing complex personal challenges, emotional difficulties and significant life transitions, with particular expertise in trauma-informed support, emotional wellbeing, parental coaching and specialist support for parents of neurodiverse children.
Known for her compassionate and thoughtful approach, Jane helps individuals build resilience, regain confidence and develop practical strategies for navigating change.
