Who can refer an employee to Beyond EAP?

Referrals are typically made by HR, People, Wellbeing or Occupational Health teams, although managers may also identify employees who would benefit from support.

What types of situations do you support?

We specialise in supporting employees through parenthood, health challenges, trauma, loss, burnout and major life transitions.

How quickly can support begin?

We aim to arrange an initial conversation as quickly as possible and can often begin support within a matter of days.

Is the support confidential?

Yes. Employee conversations remain confidential. Any organisational feedback is agreed with the employee and focuses on programme engagement and agreed outcomes rather than personal details.

Do you replace an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)?

No. We complement existing wellbeing provision by providing specialist support when a more personalised or focused approach is required.

How is Beyond EAP different from coaching or counselling?

Beyond EAP combines specialist coaching, counselling, trauma-informed practice and workplace understanding. Our support is designed specifically to help employees navigate significant life transitions whilst considering the realities of work, performance, attendance and return-to-work planning.

Are sessions delivered virtually or in person?

Most support is delivered virtually, allowing employees to access specialist support wherever they are located. In-person support may be available by arrangement.

Which organisations do you work with?

We support organisations across legal, financial, professional services, consulting and corporate sectors.

Do you work alongside Occupational Health, HR and existing wellbeing providers?

Yes. Beyond EAP is designed to complement existing wellbeing provision and frequently works alongside HR, Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programmes and other support services to provide employees with the most appropriate support.

How do we know if Beyond EAP is the right fit?

We're always happy to have an initial conversation. If you're unsure whether a situation falls within our expertise, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss it.
