Our family-building and conception coaching offers confidential and compassionate support for employees at this often-invisible stage of parenthood, including those occasions when things don’t go to plan. Our approach is proven to increase employee loyalty and engagement, not just among parents but across the wider workforce.

How is this coaching delivered?

Our family-building and conception coaching supports employees whenever, wherever and however they work – across time zones and inclusive of different working arrangements (such as on-site or remote).

We also have the qualifications, experience and practical ability to scale and adapt our services as your organisation grows, or as policy requirements change.

Each of our Beyond EAP coaching programmes follow strict codes of practice, including confidentiality and data protection, in compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.

Note: In addition to our bespoke employee coaching, companies who choose to work with us will receive exclusive recorded training content for line managers, to help embed the information and approach we use company-wide.
